You certainly have a big problem!
Firstly, I think that you should speak with your parents and explain your situation. I’m sure that you find the solution to the problem. Your friends can help you, they can speak with your parents and help you find the solution.
I also think that you can do something more. You should understand your parents because they are partly right and you should listen to their advice.
Finally, I think you shouldn’t be worried because I’m sure that your parents will understand your situation and your problem.
